The Institute of Customer Service is the professional body for customer service delivering tangible benefits to organisations and individuals so that our customers can improve their customers' experience and their own business performance.

About this project

We built The Institute of Customer Service website from the ground up with a fully filterable document portal system to sell reports, user logins for a custom membership portal to gain access to specific content based on membership levels. The site features a full single sign-on connectivity between multiple platforms and has integration to 3rd party marketing systems, eg HubSpot.

The site also features an e-commerce system to take payments for digital downloads and event tickets.
