This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the expectations and responsibilities of any third-party supplier, contractor, or partner (“Supplier”) working with go6 LTD, a web design and development company. It is intended to protect our business, clients, and the integrity of systems and data throughout our collaborative projects.


1. Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

  • Suppliers must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when representing or working on behalf of go6 LTD.
  • All client information, project details, and internal processes must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to any unauthorised third parties.
  • A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may be required based on the scope of the engagement.

2. Appropriate Use of Systems & Data

  • Access to systems, servers, repositories, or client platforms must be used only for tasks specifically authorised by go6 LTD.
  • Suppliers must not intentionally create, introduce, or distribute malicious code, backdoors, or unauthorised scripts.
  • Use of third-party tools, software, or services must be approved if they interact with our infrastructure or client data.

3. Security & Compliance

  • Suppliers are expected to follow basic cybersecurity hygiene, including the use of strong passwords, up-to-date software, and secure devices.
  • All work must follow secure development practices, and where applicable, adhere to frameworks such as OWASP.
  • Any suspected or actual security incidents, breaches, or data leaks must be reported to go6 LTD immediately.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Any work, code, designs, or deliverables produced for go6 LTD or our clients remain the property of go6 LTD or the designated client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Suppliers may not reuse or redistribute such materials outside of the agreed scope.

5. Misuse & Prohibited Behaviour

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting unauthorised access to systems, data, or client accounts
  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorised individuals
  • Using company or client assets for personal projects or unrelated work
  • Any conduct that could damage, defame, or negatively affect go6 LTD or its clients

6. Termination of Access

go6 LTD reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any systems, assets, or information if this policy is violated or if access is no longer required for the project.


Acknowledgement

By working with go6 LTD, the Supplier agrees to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the relationship and/or legal action.
