Modern Slavery Policy

1. Our commitment

go6 media has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced
labour or child labour in our business or supply chains.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business
relationships and to taking proportionate steps to identify, prevent and
address modern slavery risks.

2. Scope

This policy applies to everyone working for or on behalf of go6 media,
including employees, directors, contractors, freelancers, agency workers,
suppliers and other business partners.

Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour,
human trafficking and the exploitation of children.

3. Our standards

go6 media expects that:

• all work is freely chosen and workers may leave in accordance with the law and their contract;
• workers are not required to surrender passports, identity documents or recruitment fees as a condition of work;
• pay, working hours and conditions comply with applicable law;
• no person is subjected to threats, violence, coercion, deception or restriction of movement;
• children are not employed unlawfully or in work that may harm their health, safety or development; and
• concerns are raised promptly and investigated fairly.

4. Suppliers and business partners

We expect suppliers and business partners to share these standards and to
comply with all applicable employment, labour and modern slavery laws.
Where appropriate to the level of risk, go6 media may ask for information
about working practices, use reasonable due diligence, include suitable
contractual requirements, or require corrective action.

A serious or unresolved breach may result in suspension or termination of
the relationship, subject to contractual and legal obligations. We will
consider the potential effect of any action on affected workers.

5. Risk assessment and due diligence

We take a proportionate, risk-based approach. Relevant factors may include
the country, sector, type of labour, use of labour agencies, length and
complexity of the supply chain, and any previous concerns. Any concern
identified will be assessed and escalated to an appropriate director or
senior manager.

6. Raising a concern

Anyone who knows or suspects that modern slavery may be taking place in our
business or supply chains should report it as soon as possible to their
manager or a company director. Reports will be handled sensitively and,
where possible, confidentially.

No person will suffer retaliation for raising a genuine concern in good
faith, even if it is not confirmed after investigation. Deliberately false
or malicious reports may be dealt with under the relevant company process.
If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.

7. Responsibility and review

The directors of go6 media have overall responsibility for this policy.
Managers are responsible for communicating it within their areas, and
everyone covered by the policy is expected to read, understand and follow it.

This policy will be reviewed at least annually and sooner if the business,
its risk profile or the law changes. Where section 54 of the Modern Slavery
Act 2015 applies, go6 media will also prepare, approve and publish a separate
annual slavery and human trafficking statement covering the required period.
